Personal insolvency is for individuals who can not pay their debts as and when they fall due.  It is regulated by the Bankruptcy Act.

 

Woodgate & Co. provides the following personal insolvency services:

  • Bankruptcy, for both debtor’s and creditor’s petitions; and,
  • Part X Arrangements.

Woodgate & Co. also can provide advice regarding informal arrangements with creditors.

 

Whilst we can provide advice, we do not take appointments under Part IX of the Act (also known as small debt agreements).
